Character can't use Sit or enchant

Hello all..first i'd like to thank to whoever replying my post here...sound classic bug but i've try the suggestion that i could find accros the web..but still facing the problem in my game..can somebody explain to me on what kind of Mod which cause this Bug issue....i really appreciate all the feed back...sorry if i can't reply you well

What was the last few quests you have done from what mods? An unresolved force greet will cause the issue as it constantly thinks someone is trying to speak with you even if they are not there. This happens from time to time in CD quests, I know why it happens (Skyrim bug) and have done all I can to eliminate it but it can still happen. Any mod that uses them can cause it but the hard part is tracking it down to terminate the scene causing it.
