Heres a bunch!

Try to remove the two mods that replace the cum textures:

SCOCLB and Quite the Sperm Replacer.

In case reinstall also SexLab after.

 

Try it, and see if you have a change.

If it will be working, then install one of the two mods, and re-try.

I turned off all of the sperm replacers, Now there is no sperm.

Reinstall SexLab.

You could also check the textures in your skyrim data folder to make sure nothing is wrong with them.

Is your texture quality set below High? I've had something like this happen with several texture replacers when it isn't set to High.
