This happens if reshade is a newer version. To fix it, press [Edit global preprocessor definitions] and change [RESHADE_DEPTH_IS_REVERSED] [0] to [1] in the attached image.

Sadly its not updated but anyways you can easily fix that by getting the latest d3dx.ini ?
