[DD] Spell to bind multiple targets

Hi, I'm looking for a spell that could bind multiple targets (including PC if in the area of impact). I did notice some spells in Deviously Cursed Loot that would gag, restrain or completely bind people, so the idea would be to have a similar spell but rather than casting it on a target it would be like a fireball spell where it can hit multiple targets. It shoudln't aggro the NPCs nor inflict damages, just bind them.

Use a mass paralysis spell or scroll and then go and bind each one. There should also be a an AOE (area of effect) spell like what your looking for somewhere. Maybe check the popular spell packages like Apocalypse or Phenderix for something. Though I have used both and the closest I can remember is a sort of cage spell- but only for a single target.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the whole point of my request would be to avoid doing that exact thing haha
