...You could always supply the skin, and then I can port it for you.

I still accuse you of renaming pngs, or not deleting modfiles.txt somewhere, but this is the most expedient approach.

It's in the updated patreon post. I think there was an old steammod version that was passed around and no longer on steam. The exact post states that it is sharable on any platform and media, so I'll do just that.

VERY much no. The game is a different engine, with 3d sprites instead of 2d, has literally none of the same coding, and compared to DD1, it's a nightmare to mod in the first place.

Do any Brigand enemy replacers exist? I think there might be some in lustiest lair but thats all I can think of. I know Xelsword has concepts drawn up so those might be coming Soon™

Anaertailin's Succubus replacers, that also have topless and futa variants.

NUIR has at least a replacer for the Cutthroat and I've seen evidence of a Fusilier... but I don't know if they've made a Brigand Blood replacer.

Finally, there's Yakou. They made a set of Brigands as well.
