it was listed there.  as for jumpy animation, that was the default animation from the OG author.  i DID use dragonbones instead of spine when doing stuff since i dont feel like spending hundreds of dollars for spine pro.  so no idea if that made a difference.

Does not exist. The Melee form only uses the generic blood_splatter target FX, and does not use any attack FX of its own.

I believe you can have Steam check your file integrity and it will replace any missing files. Be warned that it will also get rid of replacers in your game folder, such as NSFW skins, so back those up first.

In that case do you know why this skin is giving me problems? When the fight started it worked but once it changed into something else and then changed back to the mele version it was invisible when idling but the atack sprites still showed up.

I noticed that some of the Lustiest Lair trinkets have horrible artifacting, so I tried to patch a couple of them up. I'm no photoshop god, but I prefer this over the default ones. If LL's author wants me to remove these, or include them in the next update, just let me know. 

 

To use the new files, just copy them over the default files, or install the mod with Mod Organizer 2 (my preferred method) and let the new files overwrite the default LL ones. I included copies of the old files as well, in case anyone changes their mind, or just wants to compare the changes.

Known bug. The transformation FX are not changed in Anaertailin's attempted replacement.

Dan tried to fix it by functionally removing the FX, but I do not possess data as to if it worked.

As far as I know, there is no NSFW replacement for this monster yet. May I suggest this as an idea for any artists willing to draw a skin for it?

...For an oops that bad, I'm going to insist that you backup the whole game and your mods, verify the game files, and then paste it back on. to get THAT MANY vanilla files back.

Alternatively, you can go digging in the massive skin pack. I think the vanilla skins are in there... somewhere.

Sadly, of the three artists who've tackled the cove, one stopped before reaching it, one skipped it entirely, and one's Anaertailin. It is the curse of relying primarily on volunteers, those of us who can't draw have to make do with what those who can draw.

Well, Alcor takes commissions, but other then that, even though some of these concepts seem like obvious, glaring red flags, we just have to be patient.

Yeah, I'm just hoping that these posts inspire artists and give them some ideas for this mob. I'd personally find it really interesting if it would imply that the jellyfish can mind control people and use them to move around.
