I dont use it and dont see the point of using it either and wont test it with a size of 1.8gb on my slow internet. If the vagina is having streches and seizures you either didnt install the requirements or there is a issues with its .xml files which is again rather a thing for the author. I also havent seen hdt physics extentension as requirement for the mod so I assume its included, either way make sure you have it installed. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53996/? For your male body problem: SoS will of course look weird as the schlong is from SoS and the body texture is from Character Male overhaul (since its hidden on nexus cant tell if it should be compatible) so you have two diffrent skin tones mixed together. If a mod dosent state its for SoS you will pretty sure allways have this mismatch. The mod "Uncle64" posted for example has is described clearly "Vitruvia for "Schlongs of Skyrim - Full":" again other mods obviously create a mismatch as skin tones people use are not the same and if they dont include a texture for the schlong aswell to fit their bodys tone it creates this mismatch. So make sure its stated its compatible and well if there are seam's you may use another mod as if there is still seam's after months or years of release I doubt it gets fixed.

Pixellated as hell, and super obvious seams in any kind of directed lighting. Also doesn't support beast races and didn't support SOS until this year.
