The edited scripts only change Mana Tanks scale mode 1, so if you have scale mode 2 selected, it will use the default scripting for that mode.
If it isn't working for you, stop using it and revert to an earlier save.  If it is working for you, keep your earlier saves as I have no idea if it will continue to be stable in the long run.
Any constructive feedback is appreciated.

I will totally test this shit. I make new chars all the time so if it borks my save I'll update you. if I can get it to run safely I'll also update at the ~50hr mark. cheers!

For anyone still wondering whether it works properly by default with a modern setup (3BA, racemenu, etc), and whether it can be made to work properly:

 

No and Yes.

 

1. Install SLIF. Also install the patches (separate download from dropbox), installing (duh) the mana tanks patch, let it override mana tanks.

2. In SLIF, change update method (generally, or just for mana tanks) to "incremental" to avoid glitches.

 

I'd very much welcome an "all-in-one" inflation plugin for SLIF to allow scaling based on commonly available factors, vanilla (such as health, stamina, magica), as well as basic sexlab (arousal, lewdness, what have you). There's still need for a framework to allow mods with more involved needs (say, soulgem oven) to work well with other mods, but it really doesn't seem necessary to have a gazillion mods for a gazillion different basic stats. Heck even DCL has its own scaling function, and not based on amount of devices worn, or based on a cursed device.

 

Thinking of it: Cursed silicone collar. Now what about that. Time to head to the request thread...

So after messing around with Mana Tanks, SLIF, CBBE 3BBB and BHUNP for quite a while:

I was able to get BHUNP to work through SLIF, and it was more stable than CBBE 3BBB on Instant update method. That being said, any sort of SMP physics seems to be way too unstable for Mana Tanks. While the Incremental update method in SLIF helps, it can still be unstable and I dislike the jumpiness to it.

The only satisfying combination of things for my preferences was the basic CBBE Physics body with Mana Tanks and no SLIF. Which considering I prefer UNP, well I don't know if anyone knows of someplace specific I could post it, but I'd be down to put a small bounty out for this to be updated to work with UNP.

i got "NIOverride is not installed" error message. when i use the patch in the dropbox :(. And also i checked mods in SLIF and it only shows ABBA and SLIF no Mana Tanks at all. i tried the patch with new game too. same problem. any ideas?

I have the patch installed and have verified in MO that it is overriding, but when I go into SLIF I don't see Mana Tanks under the nio override section (morph modus) it is only under default modus with Breast L etc values instead of nio values. 

 

I'd like to uninstall it since I can't get it to work right with 3ba but there doesn't seem to be a clean uninstall option.

So how DO I install Mana Tanks? I tried dragging and dropping the zip file into Vortex and installing it through that but it didn't work. Doesn't even show up in the MCM

In the mods section of Vortex(with SSE set up) you should have an option to install from file, just find the zip for manatanks.

I followed this but nothing changed in game. I have it loaded in MO2 like: Manatanks then SLIF then SLIF mana tanks patch. Do I need to change anything else besides the Incremental setting? Do I need sexlab? I use Ostim. Any help is appreciated.

Oh it's been a while and honestly I have no idea. Looking at my mod load order Manatanks isn't activated, any more, dunno why I removed it (might've been a generic "let's start over with a minimum set" thing).

 

In any case: Yes I used sexlab, never used ostim. NiOverride should come with racemenu, it's a legacy framework that got rolled into newer stuff.

i edit the script so its compatible with Touched by Dibella (TBD) if there are lazy people that can't be bothered, though it was a pain in the ass to get all the sources that are required

fyi i used the CK gui to compile and it worked fine just got to have all the  sources in Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Source\Scripts not Data\Scripts\Source

wish there where more breasts settings and a way to do minus values kind of like how WeightMorphs SE works 

 

breast curve is tied to Breasts_Shape03 and breast size is tied to Breasts_Huge

 

recommend setting for breast curve is 

breast curve min 0.0

breast curve max 1.0

 

to any one make sure you have the original mod installed this is just scripts

skyui that's a bit of a hard one cause i don't even know were i got mine from and i don't have it anymore.

it took a wile to find the right one as they really don't want you to find it for some reason.

if your using the standard mana-tanks you have to change all the target bones.

best thing you can do here is install CBBE and it's requirement's as that's what mana-tanks was built on and install BodySlide and Outfit Studio and open Outfit Studio and look at all the bodys bones for the Breasts and take note of them and then fine the bones in the script that are used and take note of were there at in the script. then install the body you want and look at its bones in Outfit Studio and then change it to the bones you want to use on the new body.

 

note: not all bones respond the same way on different body's so you got to test them out in order to get the same effect.

 

if your using the alt morph you have to go to the bodys osp file look up the name of the slider

in TBD case that's breast curve for Breasts_Shape03 and breast size for Breasts_Huge and change all the listings where those are, to the sliders of the body you want.

also great for undoing stuff.

 

also, well this what i like to do.

i did all this on a separate computer from my main game to have a sterile workspace, I'm pretty sure you can do this in a VM also.

i think it helps reduce the amount of errors you run into.

Hm... i added a BreastCleavage setting but i can't get it to do negative values well the slider can but it just keeps thinking its positive values

wile i can do this with Breasts witch is odd

racemenu lets me do negative values on sliders so why can't this Hm...
