I'm looking for Populated Dungeons and Caves the version that has double (or triple) the spawn count. The one reuploaded on Nexus only contains the lite version. The one that that has the least spawns.

What does the lower MCM option do for the Hell edition populated mod? It just sort of mention making the game harder.
