You can find his blog here: http://msidentity.blog8.fc2.com/ I don't know if he dropped the project or if he is still working on it, though. But he definitely didn't release it thus far. His idea was to change the idle animations based on what clothing your character actually wears or *not* wears. This has nothing to do with the BU mods, it's more like a way better version of the NudeShy mod.
