I'm currently restoring my old Oblivion setup(most of it) and I'm looking for a mod that I know existed on the nexus but I can't find it now. It's a hd version of adult meshes for monsters and among them was a male Flame Atronach. Not sexualized monsters but it add dicks for most creatures.

There is no such mod.  The video maker spliced the footage together.  A part of the video with the succubus in sneak mod and him blocking her was Joburg.  Classic deal of a bait and switch.
