Lifts the Sim 13 levels, you won't need OSMP for these either
You can modify and upload on any sites, but mention me as author please
Known bugs: when the sims is walking the boots are bending quite strange, maybe is from the mesh's alignment
Compatible for teen, young adult, adult and elder female SIm

There does seem to be something weird going on at the ankle joint.....Maybe shoot a PM to JoshQ and ask him for suggestions, he is the resident expert on footwear.

You have some problems with the bone assignments on the feet/leg union.

 

So I’m going to assume you know how to use TSRW and Milkshape for the video inside the .zip, it tries to explain how to “remove” the bone assingments from the top of the feet, once you do that simply export the mesh and open it on Cmar’s Mesh Toolkit, select a pair of naked legs or any other kind of sim shoes as reference. That should take care of the seam.
