The beginning of my virtual perversion...

Hello to all the pristine, innocent minds here. I just bought Skyrim, (September 30, 2017) and I played it for about 30 minutes for the very first time- before getting caught in a command glitch- had to restart my pc... I searched the web for solutions to prevent it from happening again, or to know how to escape if it does, and that's how I found... YOU.

 

All of these mods sound incredible, and THAT is my problem. Where do I begin? It's overwhelming. Some of the mod names are so extremely funny, I couldn't help but laugh out loud. (MAGIC NIPPLE???) Of course, the first mods I install will be high-res terrain textures, custom weather effects blah blah blah...

 

...but THEN what? How do I mod the game up to the adult level of a man my age, (52) without completely screwing up my game and having to reinstall it clean? Any suggestions? I'll describe what type of basic mods I would like, and please tell me which ones you think I should download to get me started.

 

Nude females - pubic hair - adult language - afro-albino midget lesbian trapeze artists.

 

That's it. I have simple tastes.

Can't help much about 'adult' mods and such, but first please check these very helpful guides. They're also a bit too complicated and overwhelming, but you will run into stability issues sooner or later (especially when running script-heavy mods), so having them by the hand is very helpful.

he made an outstanding work. He also listed lots of helpful information about, again, stability and 'healthy' mod management. I can hardly add anything to his advices.
Don't try to download/install everything he mentions, just pay attention to guidelines.

For the nude people... welp, it's all the matter of taste. People can write tons of names here but it all goes for personal preferences, so checking out what Bodyslide is is probably worth it :'D It has most of the shapes available at least.
With that simple program you can build your own shape around the template of your choice and then adapt clothes to it. If you prefer to just drag-and-drop, just serf around the keywords (ha-ha) and pick the one you like most That's really hard to recommend something without any idea of what you like, sooooo.....

Thanks for those links, I'll read it all. I asked my question because I have a clean install now, and only want to add a small number of mods. I'm not going to overdo it. Thanks again. Have fun!

1) Go for optics (texture, ENB, weather, lights, darkness e.g.)

2) Go for immersion (NPC replacers, dialogue options, additional quests, less bugs e.g.)

3) Go for better controls (HUD, SKSE, combat, NPC AI e.g.)

4) take a break, explore your desires

5) Go for kink

6) Reinstall Skyrim, start anew.

 

Edit: keep doing 1 - 6 as often as you enjoy doing so. Or take about 3 - 6 months to read everything there is within this board. Some people tinker, ohters study before they start to tinker. It's up to you.

First I'd advise you to use a mod manager, in case you don't already do.

I always used "Mod Organizer" (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1334/?).

This way you should never have to reinstall the game.

 

Just make sure to set it up correctly...there are guides and tutorials available.

Might take some time at first, but saves you a lot later =)

Hi. Im not too much experienced and I think I cant be givin advices to other , but I can write this. As Swiftstep wrote ,prepare yourself for long run. Spent lot of time before you choose body option (CBBE,UNP,etc.) Focus at mods suporting your body option because this save your time. Check all mods and their requirements. Everything is about requirements and their requirements what are like big chain and they no work one each without others.

I started off by installing Nexux Mod Manager, and its use is pretty straight-forward. Then I installed CBBE, and enhanced HD exterior textures. They both work fine, but I also installed enhanced flora- and that doesn't seem to work at all. In fact, it caused me to have to reinstall the game once, so I didn't try it a second time.

 

Today I tried two different versions of the 'Frazetta' style pubic hair, but neither one changed anything on my own female character. The pubes remain elusive, and I'm hoping to find one that actually works and looks good...

 

Body slider mods are a bit confusing to me; I'm assuming they add a slider option in the character menu to change body size- but, after my character has already been created, I don't see any in-game option for changing her looks, or even for accessing that menu. Is that menu only available during the initial character creation phase? I'm guessing that is the case. If I can't change my character's body features after it has been created, how do body slider mods work? Do they ADD that menu option for an existing character? What do they give me the power to change? My character? NPC's only? Both?... Can someone suggest a good slider mod that is compatible with CBBE?

 

Pubic hair that functions would be nice too. (I never expected to have a reason to speak that phrase.)

Hi.  Yes Nexus mod manager (NMM) is better for start with skyrim . NMM is more unstable with LL mods (guys here saying, but I have not experience with MM) and you have not options as in Mod Manager but I cant use it because my hands broke everything with deeper customization, than Im using NMM and everything from here working good but mods are more sensitive . Which version of Skyrim have you bought? Legendary edition? Special edition? Both need as first unofficial patches.

I believe you are exited for better skyrim but dont instal body option / armor / weapons / nature beautification / roads and  all these mods out of any sequence (jump from one to one)  This is best way how you forget anything . Important from start is this :

Clear skyrim : NMM / SKSE / FNIS main+spells+ceratures / LOOT / Unoficial patches /  and after this, play game and run to Riverwood and make save . You can easly load game again and again and check all changes. After you do this then Instal just mods for better game controls in game.

 

Mods as : SkyUI / better dialogue controls / better message controls (is many mods what you need  but you find requirements later)

Everything work fine? Then you can start and I rcomended as first mod STATIC MESH IMPROVEMENT rest is about your choice and game version. Are in youre game missing or have you purple objects? You missed any requirements and you must read twice descriptions .

 

After beutification start with body of your choice. Two options : Racemenu (This is what you need for ingame body options) or enchanced character edit . I recomended Racemenu .

Instal : Racemenu (go to nexus and read descriptionsand how to use it , better twice)

next Realistic ragdolls and force / xp32 maximum skeleton extended ( but you must know what you realy want here) After you choose body option forget special animations and just check twice you marked SOS skeleton suport (simply : SoS add dicks into your game) / Bodyslidestudio - same as xp32 you must know what you realy want as body option and keep same options all time.

Be careful what are you marking in mod options. Keep same body as CBBE or UUNP are.

 

This is just a few tips to get started, I believe here are many better ways how to start. But everything is about descriptions and requirements. 

My last advice. Like you RPGs ? Forget playing with heavy or complex mods from here . Download just main sex frame , sex invitation mods and animations . Be hero and finish your game , main quest ,DLCs. Enjoy game and her story. And after you safe world come back and enjoy devious skyrim.
