I seem kinda of tall. Help?

Hello

 

I have a question. How do i make myself shorter? I play a female nord and i use the UUNP body. I have Bodyslide and also access to Racemenu and Character edit. But i can see any player/character height sliders.

 

I am finding that in 3rd person ( which i play as 90% of the time) i am taller than even males. Is there a way i can make myself shorter/smaller in my game? It also seems kind of apparent in sexual animations. is there something maybe in sexlab thats causing me to be taller than everyone around me?

I believe there actually is a slider for height in racemenu check the "Body Scales" section. I think you need groovtamas skeleton .esp though but I'm not sure.

You could always click on your character in in the console menu and use the console command: setscale.xx (x's being whatever height you want your character to be). The default height for everyone is 1.0

And since you have RaceMenu and ECE at the same time that is not good to have you also must make sure that RaceMenu wins all conflicts.

Those 2 mods are not really compatible.

Ah, but as a nord, the nord scale is 1.03, so if you wanted to be a scale of just 1, you'd have to type in "setscale .97"  add or subtract .03 from whatever you're wanting to set it to. Like if you wanted to be the same height as a High Elf, you'd type in 1.05 to give you 1.08. Or if you wanted to go short like a Breton, you'd type in .92.

I think a console command might be the way to go as that will be easy enough. Gosh, thank you so much. This is going to be game changing for me

Thanks. I just checked my Mod organiser and i do in fact have Racemenu overwriting Enhanced Character Edit. Should i leave it like that now? I didnt realise they conflicted. i thought they complimented each other.

I am going to try that shortest 0.92 first and see just how different it makes me. If it seems too short i can then increase my height. thank you!
