What is wrong with my female character's wrists?

It only happens when I have a full uniform equipped and not when she's naked for wearing something like a bikini.

It's the vanilla synth uniform, not a mod.

Prob the modded hand mesh don't align with vanilla outfits. Try using the original hands (or a cbbe/bodyslide outfit)

But it's created with bodyslide - right?

In this case, you need some experience in OutfitStudio to fix the error.

The bodies have no hands, so the transfer of the morphs is not really useful.

 

Otherwise (if not bodyslide) it's bad mesh - as Azazellz already said.
