The Dolphin would be barely visible I would think but I suppose the rest could work. I will have to look into it.

These are set to show while sims are naked while taking showers ; however, if you have the nudity settings set for completely undressing they do have a tendency to disappear. I will have to check to files again if they are showing while wearing outfits you did not apply them to. Also, to anyone who has updated to Noir's 2.0 version of the PornStar Cock, I am aware these rings do not quite line up anymore and will be making a version of these that does in the future.
