CTD problem

I keep crashing to the desktop with no error message. If i'm lucky i can play for 10 minutes before a crash, but other times it is less than 30 seconds after loading a save. This is really annoying and very game breaking, as i want to finish the thieves guild questline, however whenever i'm supposed to meet the people by the shadow stone it crashes when i get near... i figured it's a problem with the mods, and i have ran it through LOOT and TESVEdit many times but to no avail. it used to work just fine, until a few months ago. Could somebody please help with this?

Crashes, bluesreens, ctd's can have very many causes. This can not be found by the loadorder alone.

i am afraid this did not help me, as it keeps crashing...

update: i know it's a problem with the mods and not skyrim itself, as i have reinstalled skyrim completely. it even crashes when loading a new game, so i know it is not the save that's corrupted.
