More and more small Download pages are dying. Almost all Asian / Japanese Mod pages are dead. 

 

Not everyone likes everything. Even if you play with sex mods, not all players want all NPCs to walk around almost naked, others like it. Should it be lore-friendly or Manga with oversized weapons? I don't like high heels and if possible I replace them with normal shoes/boots. Other people install the Real high heels mod.

So “popular with the community” is an unclear definition.

But with the mods here and at Nexus, you should be busy for a few months to look at them all.
