Hi i found this image of a dremora like female character on the internet which had a muscular and shiny body,

How to make the body shiny like that (not as much as sporty sexy sweat)

(btw if i make my skin black like that in my game i can hardly see the details of my character it just looks so black as if its absorbing all the light while using enb,can you help me if you have a solution for that too ?)
