I saw a witcher female armor set, too, but it was limited to the main name characters.

As for non-adult (not so revealing) armors,

 

The assets from Witcher 2/3 are officially permitted to convert as mods,

but their attitude on the re-use for the mod are exceptions, I assume:

As for other 'XX armors from YY game', most of them are probably made from a scratch (i.e. 'modeled after the original work'),

since the conversion is not officially permitted.

There are many armor sets converted from BDO (black desert online) blade and souls has many sets . 

 

You can find many BDO armors here or you can download the file mesh from deviant art if you can find it and convert it to skyrim that way. http://eiheispot1.blog.fc2.com

 

Many of the BDO armors are linked to Skyrimvn.blog and some of them require you to login into a google account to be able to move onto google drive to be able to download the file for some reason. (Better to just ignore those ones I think).
