They shouldn't be, no, if the animations allow for the use of the penis rig.

That said, since the WW pubic hair change, I took this out of my game.

Intermediate mod user, first time using this particular one.

 

I downloaded the mod and everything, but the Cock pieces are only available to me in the "pants" section of CAS customizing, so I can't add them as a tattoo or skin detail (the skin packs are available in their usual spot on CAS, but no option to augment the genital). Is this right? How can I move them elsewhere so I can use them more regularly?

You don't add them in CAS.

You need to select it in WW body settings.

The ones in pants section are so you can use them in CAS (see them) to match the skin tones in tattoo section.

ie- you select one as pants in CAS / then goto tattoo's and select the penis and change the skintone colour / then back to pants to see if it matches ok to the body colour.

I took it out because the tip of the penis is black with the WW pubic hair setting. I'm trying it today back in my game with the WW pubic hair turned off to see if it works because I love having a plethora of different penis sizes in my game.

 

If you mean why as far as does it show on the bodies when having sex...I mean, if you have a big penis, I would assume you would want it to also work during sex.

Maybe you have a tongue and a penis rig package in your mod's folder , delete those.

The Pornstar Cock is supposed to be added via Wicked Whims body selector. The ones found in CAS are the nude outfit bottoms that can be worn along with accessory pants (which Noir has on her website or on Patreon).

It does work with any pair of pants. Use Wicked Whim's Body Selector by clicking on a sim then going to the Wicked Whims menu to find it rather than using the bottoms in CAS which are counted as pants by the game engine.
