HDT Hoop Earrings - More Stable XML File

I had originally made a post where I had re-textured a set of HDT enabled hoop earrings and got cube maps to apply to them correctly so that they look like actual polished metal, that post can be found here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/43674-hdt-hoop-earrings-polished-metal-retexture/

 

One of the complaints or requests was that the XML file was not very stable, which tended to cause the earrings to become embedded into the player character's head or bounce around all over the place of their own accord, even when standing completely still. Today, I finally got around to looking at the file myself and have edited it to be a lot more stable.

 

This was intended to be an update to that post, hence the back story, but I see that the old thread has been archived.

 

Anyway, here is the file that I have come up with.

Only the XML file is provided, so the original mod is required. Also this has not been tested extensively, but I haven't noticed any issue so far, even when trying some of the things that tended to make the earrings get stuck or act a little.. weird.

Thanks. I think there is a little packaging error, the file should be in SKSE\Plugins\hdtPhysicsExtensions\hoop, not in SKSE\hdtPhysicsExtensions\hoop\
