When you get hurt by poisons/attacks that can cause illnesses you now have a chance to get a new disease that makes you grow a dick. Only female characters are able to conduct this disease because men already have dicks Duh. [ideas] Effects are not immediate and happen over time giving you the chance to cure it with a potion. Penis starts small and grows the longer you have it. Poisons to make yourself or NPC futanari Curing potion to completely remove the effect Open to other ideas to go with it. If possible i would prefer it to use SOS for customization. Too bad i'm absolutely completely inept to anything that has something to do with scripting...
