The bender wiener of schlongs of skyrim seems to be a major pain in my game.

Console commands usually work for me. Resurrect, disable/enable, setnpcweight.

These are just short term solutions though, dunno about the long run. Maybe your load order is busted?

I always get bent dicks when using XPMS, but the problem never occurs if I use XPMSE instead http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000/? and install Schlongs of Skyrim with the option "Install skeleton - only untick this if you know what you're doing" unticked .
