Gamer-mods.ru How to download files?

I've been trying to download some files from the following websites:

But I have no idea how to get the files because it's in Russian. I tried to use google translate but that still didn't help. If anyone could give me a heads up on how that would be much appreciated.

The download link will only show if you have an account and once you do the link will be near the bottom.

Or you can just copy the name and go to the nexus and get it there as chances are they will be on the site as well as not being in Russian.
