Anyone know how to fix this?

This happen after the new TS4 update and I tried to download the new penis version like Real Gen Penis 

I removed all the old files but this still happen, could any one help?

The Rig with penis bones is missing or there is a conflit with it.

Thank you. I put a lot of work into this Sim to get him right, and is one of my favorite Sims to play right now.
The nipple piercings are Noir and Dark Sims, which works with the Luumia chest. The Prince Albert piercing is from Untraditional Nerd which works with their bottom mod. You can't see it behind the guitar but he also has a belly piercing, which comes from Suzue Daiya M. He has ear and eyebrow piercings which all came from Pralinesims.
