Are not all male sailor scouts Sailor Mars or just plain sailors? Perhaps this is what the reboot of the Village People will look like someday. 

Anyway, this will be interesting to mix and match with the men's skirts cc out there to get the male 'pantsu' shots rather than just having everything hang out there.

Lol if we go off the canon, the "male" sailor scouts are the Sailor Star-lights and they only present male when not in fighting form.  Since there is so many standard Sailor Guardian outfits, I liked the idea of a complete gender-swap and based the costumes off a fan comic. Sadly I couldn't get it exact,  darn close I dare say but not exact.

 

In lieu of the skirt, comic artist gave some of the "scouts" have another layer in the form of open shorts and I just couldn't seem to get that one additional layer right. I had not even considered doing skirts ( I have had massive failure with kilts in the past).  Are male "pantsu" shots really a thing? I guess I need to do more research.

I wasn't sure where I saw the request for this but after tracking down the comic I was too intrigued not to give it a shot.
