Hi porkybork, some underwear cc come with their own bulge but there is a bulge package by luumia that gives a bulge to most of the male underwear, but he might have removed it. I can send you the one that I have if I can’t find it anywhere else. 1

I'll look around for any custom underwear with bulges in the meantime.
