A person can be any combination of those, and even all three simultaneously such as somebody who is transmasculine nonbinary. I don't know if the Sim in question is, but there's other identities which are all three at once so its... extremely possible the Sim is a man. And if the creator of this Sim says they're a man, as they did, then I agree. 3

His name is Arturo and he's a demon who currently owns a little Elven slave girl, he's probably going to end up running a brothel once he gets a couple more. ~ (I know his earring and nipple rings don't match, I didn't catch that until after I took the pictures.
