I know you can do everything you want with your sims, but if ever you want a better male sim body, try to fix these abnormal thin hips/waist you use on yours. Muscular men have hips/waist too, and it's way more sexy than stomac without organs.

 

Example with an "unrealistic" beefy male sim character :

This looks acceptable. They can be reduced a bit if needed but not like the others screenshots, or it will be disproportionate.
