Follow the link in my signature to my sim collection, you can download an archive there called "Shared CC" it has most of the skin details and such I use along with CC eyes and teeth and such. That said, stuff like skin details are really just a finishing touch, the real trick to make realistic sim faces is to first concentrate on just making the face features using presets and sliders (these don't have to be custom, I use CC sliders but almost exclusively for the body, for the face I'm mostly using base game sliders and presets).
