What is this error and why is it spamming my console?

My console has been spitting this out today for no clear reason. Load order is the same as stated here.

Is this an error anyone's seen before? Any insight as to what's causing it or what problems it could cause my game?

Okay, I figured this one out.

Basically Familiar Faces is so old at this point that modern JContainers isn't playing nice. It's returning an error about being unable to read an empty file and it's causing the errors pictured in the screenshots.

Guess I'll have to buckle down and learn to make custom followers. :\
