Strange crotch texture issue?

SOS may have caused this but I'm not sure, I uninstalled it before I took the screen shot, I have this weird crotch area texture issue you see, I attached my load order if anyone can help.

You have UNP body and CBBE textures. Or the reverse.

Install both body ant textures for same body type.

You are using a CBBE body with UNP/7B textures. The texture issue in the crotch area is a give away. So make sure you install and use CBBE textures for the CBBE body. It might of happened installing a mod that overwrote the textures with UNP.

Doesn't look like CBBE to me if it was CBBE on UNP/UNP on CBBE the nipple textures would be up. In the picture the nipple textures are right where they need to be. So I would say that they have the wrong type for whatever body they are using.

Strange, as soon as I disabled a skin that said it was for cbbe it stopped doing this, I guess the author lied or something!
