Caesia is a mage. I made her face, wrote her own story and dialogues, and this mod has about 550 lines of dialogues (excluding player dialogues).

 

She appears as a mysterious person. As time goes on and your friendship progresses, you may discover more about her - for now, I shall be silent about her background, as it awaits you to find out.

 

She has a disposition system certain dialogue options might incline her to like you more (or less), and it is absolutely crucial if you want to romance her; yes, you can romance Caesia, regardless of your character's sex, race and appearance.

 

I don't want to spoil too much about her story - best left for you guys to figure it out.

 

This mod can be seen as an immensely simplified version of another mod I'm currently working on (which, I desperate need level designers; I'd even pay one if I have the money). Caesia herself, however, is mutually exclusive with that mod, though theoretically they can be installed and used together, their stories are incompatible.

 

As a matter of fact, Caesia is something that I made purely for fun, which purpose was to ease the stress that I've built up when I tirelessly and continuously worked on the big mod aforementioned.

Q&A:

 

Q0: When will you update your Fallout 4 dialogue overhaul mod?
A0: When I begin working on the Fallout 4 quest mod that I've been planning; until then, I have neither intention nor motivation to play Fallout 4, hence, I am in no position to update it.

 

Q1: Where is Caesia?
A1: That inn in Morthal. The ones in Whiterun and Riverwood are what, overpopulated. It's the best if she's put into an inn that has no use for a front door.

 

Q2: Can I marry Caesia?
A2: I can't make this decision for her. I'm just her creator. lmao

 

Q3: What is Caesia's body type?
A3: She'll use whichever body type you're using, including vanilla body. Ultimately, most people would simply replace downloaded follower mods' body types with their own thanks to compatibility problems, so I figured it'd be more efficient if I help you skip this step.

 

Q3: Will you expand Caesia's dialogues in the future?
A3: Yes, though through another way. Remember the big mod I mentioned?

On a serious note, I'm not receiving suggestions for this mod because I don't intend to put too much time and effort in it. It's just something I did for fun, and my real focus is the epic mod that I mentioned.

 

However, I definitely welcome any form and sort of feedback; as a matter of fact, I love it when people give productive feedback (specifically point out the good and bad things I've done) instead of simple compliments or blind hate comments.

Man, she looks like an absolute handful! I definitely appreciate followers with unique stories/backgrounds and custom voices to boot, so I definitely will not miss Caesia once I have some space in my load order. Thanks for sharing her with everyone.

put her in and am playing/testing with her and Ceri right now...so far so good.

side note for AFT users ..her esp must load before aft's  esp for them to work right together (at least that is how I got them to work correctly together_).

further usage report

 

really do like her attitude

 

her random chatter dialogues could use a few more (for more variety)

 

managed to romance her (your way is better than vanilla)

 

went to do a questline that cannot have followers for it to advance and ran into a problem.

could not fire her, it would act like she got fired (her saying stuff etc) even to the point of AFT notice that she was not following anymore,

but she was still following.

 

overall a very nice follower mod (other than for some reason I could not fire her).

Hmm. Where do I begin? I installed her eagerly, voice acted followers are so few and far between that I was even thinking of lending my own voice to a male companion to be made voice acted. Not that I'm a professional or anything. As I traveled with her, I enjoyed some of her dialogue about random places we go etc.

 

Then she started repeating herself, pretty often. Also not sure if the generic "Something." comment is a joke or something I'm not getting, but it feels a bit out of place. All in all most of her dialogue that I've heard has been pretty cool, I do like her snarky attitude. I have yet to get the romance dialogue, but I'm looking forward to it. Then I come to the comment about my boy Ulfric.

 

Does she only spout anti-Stormcloak propaganda or what? I at the time was playing on a Nord siding with Ulfric and she said that shit about him. I tried to kill her after that only to realize she was essential. This disheartened me, to the point of not even caring to use commands to disable her. I think some anti-Imperial dialogue would be cool, just to even it out and show her as a neutral party. That way any character you play as could use her. As it stands right now, I'll have to only use her on my imperial sided characters.

 

All in all a good companion, for imperials. Great voice acting. Not sure what else I can add.

Regarding her Stormcloak-hate, she actually hates the empire as well. She has comments reflecting that. Though, her hate for the Stormclokas is still greater than that to the empire.

This is without a doubt THE best companion mod I've seen in Skyrim and FO4. Bonney is a close second but Caesia is tough to beat. Thanks very much for creating and sharing this....it defintiely adds dimension to the game.
