I'm doing an add on for Vindrel Hall with a large pool, at one end I have a throne and at the other a stage. What I want to do is get actors to go out onto the stage and start dancing when I sit in the throne. thanks in advance.

No solution - only thought direction
Take a look at Sandbox behavior of NPC's in CK.

Infos:

can you duplicate an idle marker and point it to a dance animation then rename it

I?
I never make duplicates - I edit and AS FIRST - i enter a new ID.

Seriously - why not?
No idea what you're planning - a private bathhouse / harem? ;)

Rough idea.
2 different sandboxes.

- the first is for general / idle (bathing, relaxing by the pool etc.)
- the second is when you sit on the throne (dance etc.)

The trigger to change the sandbox is
- You on the throne, the NPC still lives etc.

That's an ideal but I'm not sure if I know how to get there.

I've never looked after quests or sandboxes - because the game got boring and I'm a lazy sack. :P

For these questions, I recommend contacting:
- For scripts CPU - and although he's moderator here - he's really a good guy
- For stuff with triggers, animation and scripts, etc. Zaira

My advice, send these two a PM.
I'm sure they can help a lot more than I can.

If it does not work (with the two), then sign up again with me.
I'll help you.

Your idea of the mod - yes it is very interesannt. :)
