Game freeze when unequipping armor on custom races

So I have this problem that has been bothering me for a week, when using a custom race that doesnt use the default skeleton, every time I unequip the torso armor it will either, take a few seconds or freeze completely forcing me to CTRL+ALT+DELETE to shut down the game.

Changing armors is fine. I have no idea whats causing this as those custom races use the same skeleton as every other race and the same body meshes. To clarify, temptress race uses the default skeleton (XPMS latest, this race works just fine) and ningheim has its own path for its own skeleton (which i have replaced with the XPMS skeleton, and this race freezes. also happens on other custom races that function in the same way).

I have fiddled with my load order to no avail. This happens on unmodified vanilla armors, custom armors and modified vanilla armors.

The bodies are CBBE-HDT made in bodyslide. And I´m using HDT more bounce along with the base HDT physics extension. The only solution I have arrived to is that my pc has finally had enough and decided to flip me off before it fries itself.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give

The error description suggests that the hkx does not work with the skeleton.

Skeleton: You have to replace not only the Nif, but also the HKX.

MO:s load order in the plugins.txt isnt correct and modwatch is not working so ill post that along with the papyrus as soon modwatch starts working.

The hkx popped in to my mind as the first issue and I copied everything XPMSE generates after installing it to their correct locations in the custom races folders and checked that they are correct through CK. Load order is as LOOT arranges it with all SexLab mods where they should be according to the load order instructions provided on this site. I´ll try switching the custom races skeleton path to the default path later today to see if that fixes it or if it´s another thing that is causing this issue.

Using MO btw, and before anyone asks I havent yet managed to get BOSS to work through it cause my PC is being a dick.

Thanks again
