Follower eyes not moving

My follower (based on my current char) has the following problem:
The eyes do neither move during normal interaction, like moving around in the world and "looking" at things, nor by using mfg commands.

Jerok (credits go to him for actually making the follower) doesn't have this problem. And other followers in my game don't either.

Does someone know what could be the cause of this bug?

Disable or Uninstall "Ashenfollowers.esp" Plugin File.
