i have reinstalled skyrim and was modding it when i ran into an update that SKSE need before i can even play the game but it seems that most sites i have gone to have taking it down can some one plz plz plz give me a link to get it plz

Uhmm, verify cache through Steam.  Unless you are talking about pirated versions, in that case...

Skyrim is exclusively distributed through Steam, which will automatically install the latest version.  That's also where you should be getting SKSE from.  If you are not installing through Steam, then you have STOLEN the game, and will receive no help here.

no i just did not install it to steam for the fact i cant stand steam its not stolen or pirated copy

I know, usually the pirated games are up to date.

Get over your steam aversion and buy the damn game or do without.
