Clean up your install by, for example, deleting everything and downloading again from Steam. Go to the STEP page https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.10.0 and follow their instructions on how to mod skyrim, choosing whatever mods you want, or none. Then go to the Lykaios Reborn page and download that mod, using the method STEP will teach you.

well i dont think i have to now lol i found what the problem was and i feel dumb lol i had th LE Lykaios Reborn but i then got the SE one and it works now some what i all so got the SE SOS and SKSE 2.0.17  and it works ok so thats good only problem i have now is this
