Looking for Children's Annuad

A friend told me about this mod called Children's Annuad and I've searched everywhere, but I can't seem to find it. This is my first time visiting this site and I was hoping somebody here could help me? I literally just made an account to ask this. 

 

I'm mostly interested simply due to the Shivering Isles stuff it adds. There aren't enough Shivering Isles mods out there so I'm quite desperate for some that add landscape changes.

No luck on Hongfire, unfortunately. Mediafire links there are dead.

I'm kind of interested myself, since a lot of mods use assets from it but I've never seen the mod itself.

The download works but 7zip and winrar can't seem to extract them? I get an error. 

 

Why is this mod so hard to find anyways? All I know is that the author was banned...

7z can unpack the files

 

It is a splitted file, you can not unpack one, only all together.

 

All files in ONE folder ( the 001, 002, 003 )

Then you click the 001 file and all files will be unpacked.
