Ellie from Vault 111 seems to have been affected by the radiation.

 

It is necessary to set the body type triangle slider to the center position if you want to achieve a shape like in the screenshots.

 

Version 4.2 is a little more ...err... petite than 9.1. Try them both!
The blueish screenshots show v4.2 by the way.

It's just a preset for BodySlide. If the NPC bodies are changed by it depends on which armor it is applied.
