You can try going to your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 directory and removing the localsimtexturecache.package file. See if that helps. 1

So it looks like we are back in business (the business may be a bit mucky, but we are back anyway!) 😄 Massive thanks to Turbo, Nisa, Deaderpool and all the other creators who had to go through what must seem like a particularly shitty version of Groundhog Day again to get everybody back in the game. - You all rock! 🤘
