The purple textures tell me that you have some missing textures.

Which means you installed something incorrectly.

The shackles are from Zaz Anim Pack and the armbinder is from Devious Devices Assests.

Try reinstalling those.

Do I have to download other files for Assets and Zaz anim pack?

I haven't used zaz in a long time but it used to have separate texture download files, take a look at the download page and make sure you got everything for it.

Ok so I am just going to start from a fresh skyrim install. Does anyone have a good guide on how to set up everything correctly?

Ok, everything is working fine ... but when I open and run FNIS this happens:

 

It can't find the other files.

Everything else works, but the animations.

thick the first 2 option of the Fnis (gender & skeleton)
