official DLC = coming from bethesda

 

unofficial DLC = coming from modders, with specification that :

-  containt more than 20h of gameplay

- adding new element meshes/model such as armor,weapons,creatures,etc..

- purpose size superior of 400mb

- did NOT use only vanilla exising assets (correctly should use 40% vanilla 60% new assets)

that means but also, that this DLC in all languages, must be available!

if this is not the case, then it is only a larger Mod.

this is not a DLC, this is actually a stand-alone game.

only issue i have with this is in the video you say its pc gamer but mods will be coming to console in october or so and i would love mods that add new lands to the game for both console and pc of course pc would be the better and more advanced version but still

Bethesda doesn't support Swahili or Latin. Swahili and Latin are languages. Therefore, Beth doesn't actually support all languages. Just sayin'...
