Western developers are too proud for it, they don't want to be called pervert game developer. The Western Devs only produce normal games or full sex games... nothing in between like the East Asian. As the producer of DoA 5, Yosuke Hayashi said, "Our games are sexy, but please play it with Moral and Manners". No Western's Developers have a genius thinking like him.

Also the new management are servicing the players greatly, like it very easy to leveling up and many items/equipment don't use microtransaction and can be bought with in-game currency. And the in-game currency farming is in high rate. Find it in this forum or in [undertow].
