old folder refuses to get deleted

how do i delete a old folder i never use anymore

 

says its no longer located on my c drive and i have to verify the items location and try again its starting to piss me off now that it refuses to get deleted

Try to just refresh the window (F5 is the usual key.)

I have had files like that before where something prevents you from deleting a folder but you can still open the fricken thing and delete everything inside the folder with no problem. So I always just deleted the the shit inside the folder then come back to the folder after I have restarted the computer.

I never have had to restart my computer after deleting the contents of a folder. I'm always able to delete the folder immediately after the contents are gone.
