cleavagesweat Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 i think i read somewhere that netimmerse override is inside racemenu. what happens if you have both installed? i think having netimmerse override installed at the same time as racemenu was causing me some issues? does anyone know if having both is a no no?

I had the same issue. I just removed Net Immerse and used only RaceMenu. Working fine now.
Cock Sucker Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 oh lord just checked mine and I had both installed as well >.<
cleavagesweat Posted May 31, 2016 Author Posted May 31, 2016 so i just want to be sure... we DON'T need both right?
lambient1988 Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 so i just want to be sure... we DON'T need both right? No. If you are using Mod Organizer, you can see that all the files of Net Immerse are being overwritten by Race Menu, or vise versa depending upon which one is placed below the other. So there is no point is using both, all files are being overwritten anyways.
Sorceress99 Posted April 4, 2018 Posted April 4, 2018 I am having a problem with the NIO script not attaching itself to a shoe. On the NiTriShape\ExtraDataList\ExtraDataList line it shows 'None' where it normally shows 'SDTA [**] I have changed many footwear to NIO but have never had a shoe that wouldn't accept the script. Anyone have a fix for this?

Anyone have a fix for this? So when you right click and choose Edit String Index and enter SDTA, does it not stay SDTA?
Seph1r0th Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 I had both running together but when I reinstalled my mods im running into a couple of errors HDT HighHeels wrong dll Racemenu invalid Nioverride script (this error is kepping the game from equipping slave boot, heels, and pony boots)
SFC76 Posted March 7, 2021 Posted March 7, 2021 Ok, I understand these two conflict, BUT: - Some mods state you NEED Netimmerse and/or RaceMenu for it to function - Some mods DO NOT state one or the other or are vague about both So.. ..which one has priority? Just use both and let MO2 overwrite NIO with RM, or the other way around? OR get rid of one of the two, and so, which one? ..let's say for argument's sake NIO does A+B+C and RM does A+C (or vice versa).. ..would it be better to have both installed to get A, B and C with the best A, B or C being overwritten? In this example have NIO handle B and RM handling A+C? ..or am I just making this needlessly complex, NIO is just part of RM and there is no need for NIO? ?

Racemenu includes NIO therefore the standalone version of NIO is redundant. If you read the description page for Racemenu you will find: RaceMenu related SKSE Plugins: CharGen Extension (Core included with RaceMenu 2.5 and greater) NetImmerse Override Standalone (Included with RaceMenu 2.0 and greater) Racemenu (LE) is currently on version 3.4.5. so this information has been around for a long time. If you use ECE instead of Racemenu then then you need the NIO standalone version.

If you install racemenu, you don't need NetImmersiveOverride, and conversely, if you install NetImmersiveoverride, you don't need racemenu. Having them both only serves to have a duplicate
Deathclock92 Posted August 17, 2021 Posted August 17, 2021 okay then i have netimmerse override and my wet fuctions are still saying broken race menu did the same thing and since i have netimmerse override can i use enhanced character instead
