You don't. I believe the entire body is needed for the animations.

That is incorrect my friends! Step one is to make sure all strip options for aggressive animations in sexlab are disabled/unchecked. Step two make sure stripping options in sexlab defeat are disabled. And last but not least step three make sure you don't have a mod that equips items during or at the end of the sex scene (sexlab cumshot or squirt) and your corpse lover will stay just the way they are. Stay brutal
