It is easy to remake tmcmesh with "BLENDER".

"TMC Polygon Tool " can extract tmcmesh from TMC file.

Please refer to my BLEND file.

base model i use was HDM so your bled file wont help much, anyway i try brush tool in sculpt mode but not too much effective, is there anyway more effective ???

It is better and beautiful to remake COSTUME_MESH. Leave BODY_MESH as original.
