Missing somenthig in animations of Defeat - Solved

Hi everybody!
I hope this si the right place for me to post my question, if not, I apologize in advance.

I'm totally new about LoversLab modding community, but I came here to spice a bit my Skyrim experience :)
I'm using the latest version of Mod Organizer and studied as much as I can about the order of the installation for the mods, but I really didn't find
any comprehensive Getting-started guide about Defeat.
I installed all the required mods to have SexLab Framework up and running plus Devious Devices and the Defeat mod.
In Mod Organizer I see no error and Paid attention about re-creating the FNIS patch after all the mods have been activated.
I think I installed all the required mods.
Now, to try out defeat, I wanted to try to Rape a sleeping NPC, so I restarted with a new game, and reached the tavern in Riverwood.
There I waited for the lady to go to bed, snaked in, hit G and selected "Rape", all nice the NPC become naked, but no animation starts...
Am I missing something? probably yes, and something really obvious but I can't still get what I'm doing wrong.
Is there any guide with more details apart from the reference page on LoversLab pages?
I'm able to get her in a Sack but not get her out... I really have the impression that I'm missing something.
I attach the Mod List and order of loading, if that could be of any use :)

Thanks you in advance!!! :)

Don't know if ny of this will help but just a few things struck me:

You have SLAL animation loaded but no animation packs - SLAL is just a framework, it loads animation packs such as those by Forerunner. Still there are animations already loaded with Sexlab so something should run.

I've often found that having ZazAmimation esm above Sexlab esm in the plugins (RH pane) solves some animation problems

You should have XPMSE last in your mod order - the mod author stipulates this.

Have you tried triggering sex animations in Sexlab? Target an NPC an hit the 'N' key, then open Sexlab and I think it's animation editor. You should see a drop down menu with choices for animations - pick one that involves two characters. You should now be able to click on run animation (or something like that). Follow the instructions. If the animation plays then you know all is well with your animation set-up.

Thank you for your help 43deadwood, I reordered the load mod list as you siggested, but nothing has changed.

I deselected the SLAL framework for now.

I was also trying to suggestion about trying the animations.

Using "N" I selected the NPC (Delphine in this case)

and from MCM menu ZazAnimation -> Run Animation was able to find the test animation, but nothing happens.

In the main SexLab menu in MCM, FNIS SexLab Framework Idles and FNIS SexLab Creature Idels are both marked with as "?", could somenthing be missing there?

(note: I installed from both the Creature and Spell add on fro FNIS).

Moreover, in the ZazAnimation menu from MCM, all the animations listed seems to be "greyed out" (they do not show up white) and I'm unable to chnage the selected animation to test

in the Test System of Zaz from the defualt one.

Thanks again for all the support!

And thank to whoever moved the question in the appropiate forum :)

That doesn't necessarily mean anything, you're probably just in 1st person camera.

Do you have Papyrus logs enabled? They may help figure out why the animations won't start.

Sorry if this is a silly suggestion, akin to did you try turning it off and back on again, but did you click install on sexlabs in the MCM menu? When you say it has  ? by it, I remember when I first got sexlabs I saw a list of things with OK and ?  and no animations would play. Someone reminded me I had to click install on the MCM menu for it and esc out of the MCM menus and wait for the installed thing to pop up in the corner. When I did that the animations ran just fine. Again sorry if that is a silly suggestion.

Thank you everybody for the support!

@LiHara, I firmly belive that there are no such a thing like silly suggestions during a brainstorming :)

So I solved the issue, at least to starting working point.

I tried to enable the Papyrus log... and strangely it was not logging anything, not even making the logs.

Then I decide to clean and make a full clean install of the whole skyrim and all the single plugins.

here are my steps with some personal annotation if somebody would find it useful

Thank you all again for the support!

Great to hear that all worked out for you - there's a great little mod from Kimy that didn't even make it to the downloads section but it's great for testing as it's lightweight and virtually foolproof - see post 14 on the link below.

If you want SLAL animation packs try this:

Have fun!
